Toddler Class PJ Day

Our Early Childhood Family Education (ECFE) classes set the stage for parent involvement and children's success in school. Parent Education is a component in all of our ECFE classes. The purpose of ECFE is to support and strengthen families as they care for and grow with young children. We do this by providing age appropriate activities for parents and children, sharing ideas and information to encourage healthy and nurturing relationships, and encouraging confident and effective parenting.

In Early Childhood Family Education, parents/caregivers and children participate in programs together with a focus on healthy parent-child relationships. Parents also have the opportunity to meet and share together in parent groups where the discussions focus on the joys and challenges of raising young children. These classes are weekly for caregivers and their children birth to 5 years old. These classes are located at the Warrior Early Learning Center in Baxter.

The vision of Brainerd Public Schools Early Childhood programs is to provide the highest-quality opportunities for our community’s youngest learners and their families as we build the foundation of lifelong learning through purposeful play and exploration.
